Tittel Saferoad Holding ASA: The approval from the Swedish Competition Authority on the divestment of the Water & Sewage business is still pending.

Oslo, 2 August 2017: In a press release on the 22 June 2017, Saferoad Holding
ASA announced an agreement to divest its Water & Sewage business in Sweden to
Ahlsell AB. It was also communicated that the transaction was subject to
approval by the Swedish Competition Authority and that closing was planned to
September 2017.

Today, the Swedish Competition Authority announced that it will initiate further
investigations to assess the transaction before reaching a conclusion, which
will be announced within three months from today.
