Summons for Extraordinary General Meeting on 5 December 2016
An extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders in Nordic Mining ASA will
be held at 16:30 (4.30 pm) on Monday 5 December 2016 in the company's office in
Vika Atrium, Munkedamsveien 45 (entrance A, 5th floor), N-0250 Oslo, Norway.
The Board of Directors proposes that the general meeting resolves a reverse
share split in the ratio 2:1.
The summons for the extraordinary general meeting with the agenda (in Norwegian
and English, respectively) is enclosed with this notice. The documents will also

Nordic Mining holds exploration rights on the Øksfjord Peninsula in Troms and
Finnmark, where the Company has discovered a prospective area of sulphide
mineralisation. Through the subsidiary Nordic Ocean Resources AS, Nordic Mining
is exploring opportunities related to seabed mineral resources.
