Rosøy AS, an investment company controlled by the CEO Yngve Myhre, has purchased
15 000 shares at an average price of NOK 27,88 per share. After the transaction
Rosøy AS will hold 77,425 shares in SalMar. In addition Yngve Myhre holds
options that give the right to acquire 220,000 shares in SalMar.
