Oslo, June 6, 2012 - The Board of Directors has granted the
following primary insiders options on June 5, 2012:
Erik Harrell, CFO/CSO, 200,000 options of which 50% become
exercisable after 3 years and 50% become exercisable after 4 years, each
with a strike price equal to the market price on June 5. (NOK 37.80).
After this, the employee holds 723,000 options and 60 000 shares in
Opera Software.
Andreas Thome, EVP, Sales & Marketing, 200,000 options of which 50%
become
exercisable after 3 years and 50% become exercisable after 4 years, each
with a strike price equal to the market price on June 5. (NOK 37.80).
After this, the employee holds 791,000 options in Opera Software.
Rikard Gillemyr, EVP, Product Development, 200,000 options of which 50%
become
exercisable after 3 years and 50% become exercisable after 4 years, each
with a strike price equal to the market price on June 5. (NOK 37.80).
After this, the employee holds 785,000 options and 360,000 shares in
Opera Software.
Tom Christian Gotschalksen, EVP, Mobile Services, 150,000 options of
which 50% become
exercisable after 3 years and 50% become exercisable after 4 years, each
with a strike price equal to the market price on June 5. (NOK 37.80).
After this, the employee holds 150,000 options in Opera Software.
Jason Hoida, General Counsel, 50,000 options of which 50% become
exercisable after 3 years and 50% become exercisable after 4 years, each
with a strike price equal to the market price on June 5. (NOK 37.80).
After this, the employee holds 244,000 options and 5 928 shares in Opera
Software.
