On May 31st, 2012, Hexagon AB ("Hexagon") received 
the right to purchase 8 424 431 shares in Blom ASA on 
June 1st 2012.
Following completion, Hexagon  will own 8 424 431 
shares (representing 25% of the votes and the share 
capital) in Blom ASA.
