Itera ASA has on May 8 purchased 694,888 own shares 
at an average price of NOK 2.30 per share. The shares 
are purchased from the subsidiary Itera Consulting AS.

After this transaction, Itera ASA owns the total of 
753.722 shares, corresponding to 0.9%. The groups 
number of own shares is unchanged. 

The transaction is part of a share buyback 
authorization by the Annual General Meeting on May 5, 
2011.
