If the Annual General Meeting in Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA 
today Thursday 26 April 2012 at 10:00  approves the 
board's proposal to pay a dividend of NOK 0.65 per 
share, the shares will be traded ex dividend on 
Friday 27 April 2012.

ASA i dag torsdag 26. april 2012 kl. 10:00 vedtar
