Election of employee representatives to the Board of 
Atea ASA was held on 19 April 2012.

The result of the election was as follows:

Marthe Dyrud (re-election)
Marianne Urdal (was previously deputy board member)
Jørn I. Godstein (re-election)

All three are employed with Atea AS in Oslo.

The following deputy board members were elected:

Karin S. Løkke
Jonas Berg Jonas
Christine Madsen
Svein Åge Samuelsen
Truls Berntsen

The term of office for the new employees' 
representatives starts following the Annual General 
Meeting 26 April 2012 and expires following the 
Annual General Meeting in 2014.
