Navamedic ASA has today completed a private placement of 750,000 shares at a
subscription price of NOK 12.08 per share. The increase in share capital has
been carried out in accordance with the authorization given by the company's
annual general meeting 14 April 2011.
The private placement was directed at the company's largest existing
shareholders. Total proceeds of the offer was NOK 9.060.000 The net proceeds
will be used to further develop the company's generics business area in line
with the company's strategy.
Allocation letters will be issued to subscribers having been allocated new
shares today, and payment for the allocated shares will take place on or about
24 February 2012. The share capital increase will be registered in the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises end of r about 29 February 2012, and the new
shares will be traded on Oslo Stock Exchange on or about 1 March 2012.
The share capital of Navamedic ASA following the registration of the share
capital increase in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises will be NOK
8,287,051 divided into 8,287,051 shares with par value NOK 1.00 per share.
