8 February 2012 - On 7 February 2012, Aker Solutions ASA sold 50,314 own shares
at a price of NOK 79.64 per share in relation with the company's share purchase
programme for employees.

Following the transactions, Aker Solutions ASA holds a total of 4,107,601 own
shares.
