the company will publish its provisional annual accounts and quarterly interim
accounts as follows:

Fourth quarter and provisional accounts for 2011, 9 February 2012. (Please note
that the date has been changed from previous announcement).

First quarter 2012, 7 May 2012

Annual General Meeting, to be decided and published later

Second quarter 2012, 17 July 2012

Third quarter 2012, 23 October 2012

The fourth quarter result and provisional annual account for 2012, 7 February
2013

In addition, the company will hold a Capital Markets Day in Oslo on 16 February
2012.
