Sparebanken Vest has on 23.09.2011 purchased 55,000 
SVEG in the market at an average price of NOK 36,25 
per equity certificate. At the same time the bank has 
awarded middle managers a total of 240 equity 
certificates. After these transactions the bank holds 
a total of 448,528 own equity certificates.
