At an extraordinary general meeting Marianne 
Wiinholt, Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance, 
Dong Energy, was elected as a new member of the Board 
of Directors for J. Lauritzen A/S.
Marianne Wiinholt is a state-authorized public 
accountant by education and has been employed with 
Dong Energy since 2004 and has previously worked for 
Borealis and Arthur Andersen.
