ABG Sundal Collier has sold 600,000 shares to 
partners on forward contract with settlement 1 June 
2013 at NOK 5.78 per share and 750,000 shares to a 
partner on forward contract with settlement 1 October 
2013 at NOK 5.86 per share. 

ABGSC has forward contracts with partners purchasing 
a total of 68,830,750 shares with settlement in 2011 -
 2013. ABGSC currently owns 304,125 treasury shares. 
ABGSC has authorization to re-purchase its shares in 
the market or to issue new shares.
