Eidesvik Seismic Vessel AS, a joint venture between 
Eidesvik and CGGVeritas, has today July 2nd 2010 
taken delivery of the vessel Oceanic Vega from 
Ulstein Verft AS.

The vessel is a new generation seismic vessel with X-
bow design and 20 streamer towing points. 

A long-term loan facility of USD 113 mill. has been 
drawn to finance the vessel.

The vessel commenced a 12 year contract with 
CGGVeritas from the time of delivery. Please see
