ABG Sundal Collier has sold 250,000 shares to a 
partner on a forward contract with settlement 1 June 
2013 at NOK 7.93 per share. 

ABGSC has forward contracts with partners purchasing 
a total of 68,586,250 shares with settlement in 2010 -
2013, plus agreements with partners to issue 
8,448,286 new shares after the AGM to be held at 
April 29th 2010. ABGSC currently owns 304,125 
treasury shares. ABGSC has authorization to re-
purchase its shares in the market or to issue new 
shares.
