The board of directors of IDEX ASA will consider and resolve the interim reports
in 2010 on the dates listed below. The reports will be released before the
market opens the following trading day.


 25 February 2010: Interim report fourth quarter and preliminary result 2009.

 25 March 2010:    Annual report and financial statements 2009.

 10 May 2010:      Interim report first quarter 2010.

 24 August 2010:   Interim report first half 2010.

 2 November 2010:  Interim report third quarter 2010.


The annual general meeting 2010 will be held on 11 May 2010.
