I.M Skaugen SE (IMSK) calls for a Bondholders meeting to consider the approval
of an early redemption of the loan IMSK02 (ISIN NO 001 0294358). The company
holds the majority of the outstanding bonds (USD 7,3 million owned by others).
IMSK proposes to redeem the loan on 15th March 2010 at 101.00% of par value plus
accrued interest.

The Bondholders' meeting is to be held on 10th March 2010 at 10:00 (CET) at the
premises of Norsk Tillismann ASA.

IMSK has engaged Fearnley Fonds ASA as financial advisor with respect to the
