ABG Sundal Collier has sold 1,000,000 shares to a 
partner on a forward contract with settlement 1 June 
2013 at NOK 7.83 per share. 

ABGSC has forward contracts with partners purchasing 
a total of 55,767,250 shares with settlement in 2010 -
 2013. ABGSC currently owns 19,750 treasury shares. 
ABGSC has authorization to re-purchase its shares in 
the market or to issue new shares.
