ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA has purchased 18,000 
Treasury shares from a resigned partner. The purchase 
price is NOK 0.23 per share, reflecting the 
restrictions imposed on partner shares.

After the transaction ABGSC owns 19,750 Treasury 
shares. ABGSC has forward agreements with partners 
purchasing a total of 54,767,250 shares with 
settlement in 2010-2013. ABGSC has authorization to 
re-purchase its shares in the market or to issue new 
shares.
