above a threshold of 5% holdings in Opera Software 
ASA ("OPERA") as a result of market purchases.   
William Blair's total position after the purchase is 
6,116,952 shares equal to approximately 5.12% of the 
total outstanding shares of OPERA.  The total number 
of voting rights after the purchases is 5,798,420 
equal to approximately 4.85%.
