of NOK 3.25 per share. Spring Capital Resources INC 
owns after this acquisition a total of 3,073,000 
shares in ROFF, constituting 10.44% of the share 
capital in ROFF. After recent transactions Spring 
Capital Resources INC owns a total of 3,637,000 
shares in ROFF, constituting 12.35% of the share 
capital in ROFF.

The percentage has been calculated based on 
29,440,900 issued shares in ROFF.
