Reference is made to today`s press release 
regarding the intention of Nokia to make an offer 
to acquire all shares in Trolltech ASA 
(`Trolltech`) for a cash consideration of NOK 16 
per share (the `Offer`). 

The following primary insiders of Trolltech have 
on 27 January 2008 executed pre-acceptances in 
connection with the Offer, whereby they have 
irrevocably undertaken to accept the Offer:

* Funds managed by Index Venture have pre-accepted 
for 9,693,018 shares. Index Venture is represented 
on the board of Trolltech by Neil Rimer 
(chairman). Following completion of the Offer, 
funds managed by Index Venture will not hold any 
shares in Trolltech.

* Vuonislahti Invest AS, wholly-owned by Eirik 
Chambe-Eng, board member of Trolltech, has pre-
accepted for 7,188,120 shares. Mr. Chambe-Eng will 
following completion of the Offer not hold any 
shares (directly or indirectly) in Trolltech. 

* Haavard Nord, CEO and deputy member of 
Trolltech, has pre-accepted for 7,250,120 shares. 
Following completion of the Offer, Mr. Nord will 
not hold any shares in Trolltech.

* Volker Hilsheimer, employee representative on 
the board of Trolltech, has pre-accepted for 
56,500 shares. Following completion of the Offer, 
Mr. Hilsheimer will not hold any shares in 
Trolltech.

* Lars Knoll, VP of Engineering, has pre-accepted 
for 75,200 shares. Following completion of the 
Offer, Mr. Knoll will not hold any shares in 
Trolltech.
